The Hot Lunch program is sponsored by the Chimney Hill PAC (Parents Advisory Council) and run by parent volunteers. The program provides lunch for those students whose families choose to participate. By organizing the bi-weekly lunch program and other fundraising events, the PAC is able to raise money to help provide funding for classroom items, field trips, sports equipment and a new playground.
Volunteers are always needed on Hot Lunch days, to help receive and distribute lunches between 11:15 and 12:00. Younger siblings are welcome to tag along! You can volunteer once, or on a regular basis. You can sign up to volunteer by clicking the volunteer button when placing your hot lunch order for each hot lunch day.

CHILD ABSENT? If your child has ordered lunch and is away on the hot lunch day, please email hotlunchchimneyhill@gmail.com to let us know. You may pick up their food at lunchtime to take it home or it will be given to a family in need . There are no credits for missed lunches.
REFUNDS?With exception we will only refund by crediting your account, no cash will be refunded. Cancellations will only be accepted until 48 hours before the hot lunch day.
IMPORTANT: Orders must be paid for when they are placed. Unpaid orders will be cancelled without notice.
Thank you for supporting our new online ordering system. By switching to online ordering, lunch orders are now more convenient and we are saving both time and paper.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING STARTED:
Register as a parent -
Click on "Click Here to Register".
After this first time you can log back in using whatever userID and password you choose.
The email address you provide will be used to send you confirmation of your orders, and a reminder each Sunday of what you ordered for your child(ren) for the following week.
Click on "Register Now" button at the bottom
Enter all your children into the system
Click on "Students" and follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends our school
The system will automatically fill in their last name, but please edit this if their last name is not the same as your own.
Place all your orders for each child
Click on "Orders" and proceed to place orders for each of your children.
When ordering lunches, select all the items you want to order and then scroll down to check out. You may also order fundraiser items and hot lunch items together, allowing you to make 1 purchase instead of multiple purchases.
You have the option to submit a single lunch order or multiple orders for each term.
Pay
After placing all your orders, complete your payment online by Visa, Mastercard or American Express as a one-time transaction. Please note there is a transaction fee of $0.25 + 2.7% of the total balance per transaction.
